The copywriting was critical with this text-heavy 16-page handbook accompanying Suzuki’s new customer satisfaction enhancement program, launched in 2006. Guides were created through Suzuki’s technical service department for both the Motorcycle/ATV and Marine divisions, for use by dealership personnel. PB literally wrote the book on customer loyalty, created several charts and graphs, and took care of the design and eventual printing of the piece.
